De novo assembly
Solu now assembles the genome with Spades! When you upload FASTQ files, we will automatically assemble the genome using the Shovill pipeline.
The time to results is now around 5-10min, because we are doing a full de novo assembly.
Better analysis coverage
MLST, AmrFinder and Resfinder are now run for all samples, regardless of whether they are uploaded as FASTQ or FASTA (we also added these analyses to the files you uploaded previously).
