Bulk upload
You can now upload many files at once! Select multiple files, drag and drop, and you’re done.
FASTA upload
If you have already assembled genomes (in contigs or scaffolds), you can simply import them into the platform. Currently the platform supports .fasta, .fna and .fa filetypes. The analysis pipeline will be similar – however, read quality metrics will not be available for fasta uploads.
MLST
We are using MLST to determine the multi-locus sequence type from PubMLST. Please note that MLST schemas may not be available for all species/genomes.
Excel Export
You can now export all results into a single Excel file, with different analyses separated onto separate worksheets.
