Quality control with FastQC
We have added FastQC for easy visual inspection of your read quality. FastQC automatically analyzes both of your reads, and we will provide an overall score for your sample.
Redesigned Sample page
As we keep adding more analyses, the results are now organized into tabs. You can easily navigate between tabs by using the left and right arrows on your keyboard.
Faster page load times
With growing volumes of data, the platform has gotten a bit sluggish at times. We’ve worked on a fix that decreases page loading times significantly – it should now take a few seconds maximum.
If you notice any slowness, please let us know!
Other changes
- You can now delete samples directly from the home page, by clicking on the trash can icon
- Improved user experience on smaller screens
- Removed an experimental feature (phenotypic AST prediction)
