Quick previews on the homepage

There’s no need to navigate away from the homepage if you simply want to compare AMR genomes, MLST alleles, or SNP distances. Hover over a cell of interest, and click to reveal a mini-sized report.

Annotation is now a premium feature

To keep the platform fast and reliable with the growing usage, we’re limiting access to some features like annotation with Bakta and workspace size limit. This change will be rolled out incrementally between the end of December and early January.
Implications for non-premium users:
  • New samples will not have Bakta/Annotation enabled
  • Workspaces have a default limit of 100 samples
Don’t hesitate to contact us in case you have unfinished business with annotating your samples!

Other updates

  • Improved performance on large workspaces
  • Improved speed and reliability for loading clustering results
  • You can now sort columns on the sample list
  • Improved sample metadata formatting
  • Fixed a bug of resolving sample names
  • .fq and .fq.gz filetypes are now recognized and accepted
  • Phylogenetics features are now released to all workspaces
  • Page loading speeds are now faster
